Tai Chi Hunyuan Zhuang Longevity Qigong – Absorbing the Essence – Simon Blow Qigong


We start our practice of the Wudang Longevity Qigong We stand in a ready position We step out to your left. Let the arms rise to shoulder height Hands rise above the head Turn the palms down – the hands descend down the front about the naval height. The thumbs have touched the waist hands come around the belt channel The hands come down the outside of the legs You pause with one breath, fingers point to the ground As we breathe in, the arms rise up Out breath, think of the points in the palms of the hands In breath to the top of the head out breath the hands come down the front in breath around the waist Out breath down the outside of the legs Hands relax. Fingers to the ground as we let the Chi rise up our back lifting our
arms Out breath to the palms of our hands In breath to the top of the head Out breath the hands descend down the front Bring the Chi down In breath around the waist Out breath coming down Now for the second part Just relax the fingers As you breathe in raise your arms to the front – about waist height Out breath scoop the hands out As you breathe in bring the hands around the ears Out breath pushing out In breath bring the hands back towards the forehead Out breath the hands come down the front Not to touch the body just let the hands come down You pause at the breath relax your hands Again. In breath Out breath scooping As you breathe in, bringing the good energy from the distance Breath out the bad energy, the negativity go out to the distance In breath we come back Out breath we come down Pause with the breath relax Once again Out breath we scoop the hands In and out Around the ears. Feel the warmth of the hands around the ears Out breath come down the front part of the body just pausing Now for the third section you raise your arms You move to your right, pivoting on your left heel. Turn your toe 90 degrees Out breath we come forward pushing from the back leg In breath. Pushing the front leg back. Around the ears Out breath – push the back leg forward In breath coming back Out breath come down Left hand on top sit back as you breathe in Out breath we come forward In and out Just one more time now As you breathe in bring in the good energy from the distance Around the ears Breath out – the negativity go out And sit back Just pivot. Turn the left toe to face the front The body faces the front Breathe in the arms come down
