However, what happens if you do not have an Apple Watch? In this case please follow this video and you will see on screen instructions which you will need to follow just for 2 minutes The exercise works in the following way You need to sit in a comfortable chair with your back straight Put your arms either on the arms of the chair or on your lap and now try to relax and follow inhale and exhale instructions Excellent!   1. The first exercise which I learned after being diagnosed with hypertension. Very effective for immediate blood pressure reduction. High blood pressure is well under control now but I still use this exercise in stressful situations, i.e. before sports competitions. Please try it and let me know here if worked for you.
