Five tips to survive your first hot yoga
class! #1: Be hydrated. Drink at least half your body weight in ounces
before you come to class. #2: Electrolytes! Tablets packets or even a pinch of sea salt in your water can go a long way to helping your body be
hydrated. #3: No burritos! Digesting during class is no fun for
anyone! #4: Get a grip. Bring a towel that is large enough
to lay over your yoga mat you will sweat enough to make it a slip and slide if
you don’t handle that busines. #5: Leave your judgy pants at home.
Don’t worry about what you look like in class. Everyone in there is busy paying
attention to themselves.
